We agree to medically insure (with a $250.00 deductible) all participants with a legally incorporated insurance company.

****NEW PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.  ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN
Check the age group your team will play in this fall. Based on age as of 1/1/08.
  Instructional Division: T-Ball.  Ages 5 and 6 years old.
  Minor Division: Machine pitch fastpitch.  Ages 7 and 8 years old.
  Major Division: Player pitched fastpitch. Ages 9 and 10 years old.**
  Senior Division: Fastpitch Ages 11 and 12 years old.**
  Master's Division: Fastpitch Ages 13 through Senior year of High School**
  Women's Division: Fastpitch Ages 18 and older (Available Fall Season only).
Registration Fees:
Instructional and Minor divisions: Free for Rec season players in these divisions, $50 if new registration.
All other Divisions: $70.00 per player, $110.00 per family, $500.00 per team
