Apponaug Girls Softball 29^th spring season will begin in April of 2009 and preparations are already  being made to make the upcoming season enjoyable for all players, parents and coaches. The snack bar is being revamped with some new equipment to add weekly  “specials” to the menu so customers will have alternatives to the ballpark favorites. The AGS Board of Directors has also voted to continue the lower cost for the Instructional and Minor Divisions  which will include no charge for Fall Ball as long as players do not need a new uniform.

AGS is a volunteer driven organization and help is always welcome. The more hands that are available to assist in coaching, Winslow Park field maintenance, snack bar, and special events will help make 2008 a great year for the AGS community.
